　　集裝客以LED移動廣告宣傳車在上海創(chuàng)業(yè)，多年下來積累的豐富的經(jīng)驗，隨著公司業(yè)務(wù)的擴大，科技的沖擊，新鮮血液的加入，公司開始涉足新的領(lǐng)域-創(chuàng)意集裝箱設(shè)計及搭建。公司擁有這樣一批奇思妙想的年輕人，他們用四個集裝箱為客戶創(chuàng)造出了獨特的家和公司一體的智居!

　　集裝箱空間靈活而堅固，符合創(chuàng)業(yè)者的精神，卻昏暗不保溫，漏風(fēng)而不隔音。

　　The container box is very flexible and stable. Many avant-garde young people like its industry feeling as well. However, the daylight situation is very bad inside. And during winter, the interior space is not protected.

　　設(shè)計策略Renovation Strategy

　　“以時間換空間”，以集裝箱易于變形的特點，對4個集裝箱重新組織。未來通過模塊化的預(yù)制，用搭積木的方式造房子!

　　Design strategy: exchange time for space.Because of the transformable characteristic of container boxes, we arrange the boxes in different ways. In the future, we can even build the building in Lego way!

　　創(chuàng)新的將居住與辦公融為一體，相同的空間里根據(jù)時間不同，演化出不同功能活動。家庭×辦公×聚會三位一體，符合創(chuàng)業(yè)業(yè)主的生活方式

　　This is a new way of living and working. According to time, the space could change over different program.“l(fā)iving & working & party” are the 3 main functions.

　　家庭模式Living Mode

　　在家庭模式中，建筑的主要功能對應(yīng)家居使用，擁有挑高的客廳空間，翻折床面形成的臥室空間，完善而實用的廚房與餐廳，供兒童玩耍的榻榻米空間。

　　During the living mode, the house has double height living room. The bed could be folded down. The kitchen and restroom have very good function as well.

　　辦公模式Working Mode

　　在辦公模式中，建筑空間的所有功能重新設(shè)定。

　　During the working mode, all programs have to be reset according to the working environment.

　　自由移動的隔墻，分割出會客空間和辦公空間。拉伸出外墻體塊，結(jié)合2m變20m的超長桌子，將餐廳變身為workshop。拉出的廚房桌面，將廚房變身為前廳接待，二層翻折下的樓板，形成了一個會客空間。

　　The hidden table could be pull out as an reception table.The folded floor could add on whole extra meeting room for the upper level.

　　將臥室的床收起，方向翻折長條桌，形成繆慶個人的把辦公空間。榻榻米中心的木板向上升起，成為團隊頭腦風(fēng)暴的場所。向外翻起的墻體，形成了室外的一個灰空間會客廳。

　　By folding the bed on the upper floor, one can get a whole new office room. The restroom become a place for brain storm.By folding out the wall, one can get a outside meeting place.

　　聚會模式Party Mode

　　在周末與朋友的聚會中，通過打開墻體與拉出的箱體，與好朋友一起燒烤party。同時客廳中隱藏一個翻折床板，為好朋友提供多人居住。

　　During the party mode, by opening the wall and pulling out the hidden box, one can have a extremely long space for all different activities.

　　▼工業(yè)化預(yù)制Industrial Prefabrication

　　通過工業(yè)化的預(yù)制，運送構(gòu)建到現(xiàn)場施工安裝，裝配可變的建筑構(gòu)件。未來也可多個組合，形成多種可能性。翻折墻面，翻折樓板和可推拉空間，成為項目的3個空間可變點。在工業(yè)化不斷成熟的未來，可以在工廠內(nèi)完成整個集裝箱箱體，吊裝到現(xiàn)場直接拼裝。

　　By new way of industrlization, the components can be pre-made in the factory and sent to the site. In the future, all different possibilities could be open.We can use industry solution to take all component to the site for construction.

　　▼場所精神Spirit of Place

　　場地原有多個喬木，通過合理控制建筑與場地的關(guān)系，努力保留場地的樹木，形成建筑與自然相生的特點。結(jié)合蘆葦設(shè)計了圍繞建筑的連廊。

　　We also take care of Genius loci to protect all plants on the site. The building and nature could living together.

　　在建筑的后院設(shè)計了冥想空間，這是一個簡單的三角斜切構(gòu)筑物，結(jié)合鏡面鋼板與灰色鋼板，將天空和樹葉從6米的空中引入其中，體驗者可以站在其中思考和冥想。

　　In the back yard, we have one more thing to show. This a simple tri-angled installation fro meditation. It is 6 meters high in order to introduce the sunlight. Combining with mirror steel and rough steel, one can get meditative experience inside.

　　集裝箱改造只是冰山一角，我們應(yīng)對的是當代中國可持續(xù)發(fā)展的痛點。面對大都市的生活壓力，與年輕一代生活理念的巨大沖突，通過獨特的設(shè)計，結(jié)合預(yù)制的工業(yè)技術(shù)，解決中國居住問題的窘境。我們?nèi)鄙俚牟皇蔷幼】臻g，而是對空間的創(chuàng)新與改造。

　　Renovation of container boxes is just the tip of iceberg for huge renovation projects for the next 10 years in China. We are trying to solve the Chinese living problem by using the premade industry technology. We are not lacking the living space, we need more innovative mind toward space renovation.
